Phoenix support services is a locally owned and operated disability support service, based out of shepparton victoria. We were founded in 2025 by Allison Miller who is a EEN nurse and after years in the field felt there was a gap she could fill.

Phoenix support services, offers a holistic approach to care doing everything we can to go above and beyond the needs and expectations of our participants and their families. we offer support in the home, out in the community and in our SIL homes. we can also provide care to those who already have a SIL home in place but are looking for a new support team.

We believe in helping you achieve your goals and fostering your indenpendance, to do this we have built a team who specialise in providing you with the very best care possible to make things you may have never thought you or your family member could achieve happen. Our goal is provide you with a level of support you’ve never recieved before and to show you that anything is possible.
